Blogging has become one of the more popular pastimes on the internet. Some people blog for money, others blog about current events, and others blog for humor. The list goes on. Increasingly, bloggers are use weblogs as a personal journal, preferring to keep it out of the spotlight. If you're someone who wants to start a personal blog, it's really quite easy.   Select a blog host. A host is a website whose blogging platform you'll use in order to start blogging. With the rise of the internet, dozens of blogging hosts have risen to prominence, many of them easy to use for people who know next to nothing about computers. There are plenty of free hosts in addition to hosts for which you need to pay. Here are a list of just a few: Free blog hosts: Blogger Wordpress Posterous Tumblr  Blog hosts with fees: GoDaddy Bluehost HostGator Hostmonster So in this case we will use Blogger, and all you need is your email address, but even if you don't have an email don't worry I will still show from beginning. Steps First Visit Blogger www.blogger.com then the below page will appear. then click create account. (If your screen doesn't appear a below, don't worry just continue reading) The page that appear when you visit www.blogger.com if you are not yet signed in The below screen will appear after you have clicked "Create Account" and all you need is to fill up the form correct then continue to next step(Click Next Step) Up to this point mean (this screen) means you have created an email(gmail or "google account") already   also you can notice the down arrow on the left upper of the page(as below)  but lets just leave and just click "back to blogger" to continue The Google will prompt you to choose profile option     In that case I chose to create Google Plus Profile, this is also simple all you need is to add your information, add people Once you finished with Google+ profile then click continue to blogger on below page Till this time we have already done with Email/Google account and Google+ Profile so if you are already have email/Google account/Google+ when you are signing in the below page will appear, in which we will click on "new blog" link Then you will be prompted for Title, Address and Template for your blog Now as you see my blog is UP, and everything is good I can just click on "New Post" to start blogging So from now on, every time when you visit your blog address in our example www.exampleblog00001.blogspot.com will appear as this with one post as example This post was only for creating blog with blogger host, I hope its helpful. if you got any question feel free to comment.
